1. Clean the area where the adhesive will come into contact with. We don't recommend applying body lotion or perfume to the skin area which can cause the adhesive to weaken.
2. Loosen the string and bring the cups apart.

Place adhesive cups comfortably over the breast.

Make sure cups are even and spaced apart.

Pull up the lock to create cleavage.
